Ms Simi Shaila and Ms Tanim Laila represented the Institute at the Inaugural VOX-Pol Conference: Violent Online Political Extremism: Setting a Research Agenda at King’s College London on August 28-29, 2014 and presented a paper on 'Analysis on Gender-Based Cyber Terrorism in Bangladesh'. It was organized by the Network of Research in Violent Online Political Extremism with funding from the European Union’s Seventh Framework Programme for research, technological development and demonstration
