Director Administration and Member Legal Department in her role as Regional Representative for UPEACE-CEE organized a Leadership Workshop on Social Innovation. The workshop titled “Positive Leadership: Developing Social Innovators“ was organized in collaboration with Daffodil International University (DIU). 28 participants from 15 different organizations took part in the workshop. Mr. Mohit Mukherjee,Director Administration, Founding Director of UPEACE-CEE and Director Administration facilitated the two day workshop that touched on various leadership concepts such as PERMA, Golden Circle, Energy Map, Design thinking, Appreciative Inquiry, Psychological Safety of Team etc.

Mr. Sheikh Hassan Arif, Honorable Justice, High Division, Supreme Court of Bangladesh graced the Certificate Giving Ceremony of the two day workshop as the Honorable Chief Guest. The program was chaired by the Vice Chancellor of DIU Prof. Dr. Yousuf Mahbubul Islam and other faculty members of the Business School of DIU.
