Under the Institute's Program for the Visually Impaired, a new batch on IT training will start on Tuesday, January 7, 2020. The training will have two parts. First part consists of training on Internet Usage from 3:15PM to 5:15PM. It will be taken by Mr. Mohammad Rasel Hasan. Second part consists of training on Microsoft Excel from 5:30PM to 7:30PM. This will be taken by Mr. Mohammad Khairul Azam.
Director Administration, Director Economics Division will be representing the Institute at the 10th Worldwide Conference of the Global Alliance on Justice Education (GAJE) on December 4-10, 2019 in Bandung, Indonesia.
GAJE is a global alliance of persons committed to achieving Justice through legal Education. Clinical education of law students is a key component of justice education, but this organization also works to advance other forms of socially relevant legal education, which includes education of practicing lawyers, judges, non-governmental organizations and the lay public. This year's Conference is themed 'The Inspiration and Diversity of Justice Education'

The Institute of Hazrat Mohammad SAW and the Center for Zakat Management (CZM) are jointly organizing a Talent Hunt & Prize Giving Ceremony amongst the visually impaired student across the country. There will be a Handicrafts Display and an Art Exhibition titled "Art Beyond Sight: Bringing Art and Culture for All" reflecting the world through the mind of the visually impaired and an Individual Deliberation on the Rights of Persons with Disability regarding education, business as per the UN Convention and under the Laws of Bangladesh.
The Delegation of the European Union to Bangladesh will observe the 70 th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights with a program in collaboration with the Institute of Hazrat Mohammad SAW on December 10, 2018 from 2:00PM to 4:00PM at the Lakeshore Hotel. Honorable Ambassador of the Delegation of the European Union, H.E. Ms. Rensje Teerink will deliver a speech on the EU's policy on Human Rights. Director Administration of Institute of Hazrat Mohammad SAW will say a few words on the Institute's activities related to establishing Human Rights. Officials from the EU Delegation to Bangladesh and Directors, Members and visually impaired trainers and students of the Institute will be present at the event. The program will focus on how the EU is advancing human rights endeavors across the globe and the activities of the Institute towards upholding human rights among lesser privileged members of society in Bangladesh.
On occasion of the Holy Month of Rabiul Awal, Institute of Hazrat Mohammad (SAW) is organizing an essay competition to highlight the teachings of Prophet Mohammad (SAW) and showcase the talents of the visually impaired. The essay competition aims to promote the understanding of Prophet Mohammad (SAW)'s teachings in building a multi cultural and multi religious society through strict implementation of justice and fairness. It aims to raise awareness in todays turbulent times on how to promote mutual cooperation and respect amongst societies and cultures.

The Summer School will act as a platform for delegates from various countries to come forward and learn about protection and enforcement of Human Rights in their respective countries. The content for the school is developed by experts of Human Rights and the content has been developed keeping in mind the needs and circumstances of different countries. The delegates will also get a opportunity to discuss the situation prevailling in their country and can at the same time suggest the appropriate solution to others.
About the organisers
Institute of Hazrat Mohammad (SAW): The Institute of Hazrat Mohammad SAW is a research and advocacy think tank committed to peace and human development. Key focus areas of the Institute is human rights including rights of persons with disability, women empowerment and social justice. The Institute possesses over 15 years experience in working on human rights and women empowerment. It is accredited as a civil society at the World Bank and a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact, the largest global sustainability initiative based on the Doctrine of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.
Knowledge Steez:It is an organisation which has been actively involved in Human Rights campaigns in India as well as in some other countries like Nepal, Turkey, Romania, Nigeria etc. Apart from conducting legal awareness workshops, conferences, social awareness campaigns, We are aloso doing some research projects on Human Rights. Our team comprises of experts is Human Rights who have the exposure of conditions prevalling in various countries and they will be the trainers for the Summer School.
